All of our meats are smoked in our Southern Pride Smoker in house.

Our Certified Angus
Brisket is marinated
for 24 to 48 hours and
then smoked
for 8 to 12 hours

Pulled pork is smoked for 12 to 16 hours, then hand-pulled and tossed in our signature finishing sauce. Each pork rack is rubbed with our signature dry rub and smoked for 4 to 6 hours.

Chicken breast is basted
in our Big T’s Original
BBQ Sauce and smoked.
Our turkey is brined for
24 hours and smoked in our smoker.
