    The Meat

    All of our meats are smoked in our Southern Pride Smoker in house. Our Certified Angus Beef Brisket is marinated for 24 to 48 hours and then smoked for 8 to 12 hours.

    Pulled pork is smoked for 12 to 16 hours, then hand-pulled and tossed in our signature finishing sauce. Each pork rack is rubbed with our signature dry rub and smoked for 4 to 6 hours.
