Our Certified Angus Beef Brisket is marinated for up to 48 hours, then slow-smoked for 8 to 12 hours until it’s tender enough to melt in your mouth. Pulled pork takes even longer, smoking for 16 hours before being hand-pulled and tossed in our signature finishing sauce.

    Every rack of ribs is rubbed with our house dry rub and smoked for 4 to 6 hours, while our chicken and turkey are basted, brined, and smoked to juicy perfection. It’s a process that honours real pit-master craftsmanship — never rushed, always real.
