Juan was our General manager at our McMahon location for over three years and became our very first franchise partner in Dec 2022. Juan is so dedicated, we have been through a lot together. His wife Ale is just lovely, also great with customers — they both love the restaurant business and being part of the community.

We are originally from Mexico and came to Canada in 2006 seeking a new life, to grow our family and open a business. We love this wonderful community!
With over 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry, we are passionate about customer service and dedicated to providing made-from-scratch BBQ food for all our customers.
In our free time, we enjoy exploring the Rocky Mountains with bike rides and hikes, as well as trying new cuisines.
