Treat your guests to some tasty BBQ catering! All our menu items are available for catering in Calgary and prices start at only $20 per person. We can cater any event from 50 to 1,000 people – weddings, events, office lunches and more.

Pulled Pork Buns Smoked 16 hours, then hand pulled and tossed in our special cider vinegar sauce. A gluten-free bun is available.
Smoked Beef Brisket Certified Angus Brisket AAA or higher, marinated for 72 hours, then smoked for 12 hours in our authentic smoker.

St. Louis Ribs Each rack is rubbed with our signature dry rub and smoked in our Southern Pride Smoker for 4 to 6 hours.
Smoked BBQ Chicken Chicken breasts basted in our Original Big T's BBQ Sauce and smoked to perfection.
The Ultimate

Smoked Turkey Brined for 72 hours and smoked, hand carved by the chef.
